- Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never see card details)
- Order history (URL purchased, timestamp, amount)
- That's it. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party trackers, no behavioral profiling.
2. What we do with it
- Deliver your CSV download via email
- Send purchase confirmation and any service updates
- Process refund requests in qualifying cases
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, etc)
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your information to anyone
- We don't share your email with marketers
- We don't track you across sites
- We don't build advertising profiles

- Correction: Email us to fix any incorrect information
- Deletion: Email us to delete your account and order history
- We respond within 7 days
6. Data retention
- Order records kept for 7 years (Canadian tax requirements)
- Email addresses removed upon request
7. International users
- Servers located in North America
- We comply with CCPA (California) and PIPEDA (Canada)
