How fresh is the data?+
We re-check listings against public Google Business Profile data and refresh the catalog on a rolling monthly cycle — new operators added, closed ones removed. A record ships when the business is listed as operational at that check. That's an operational-listing check against public profiles, not a guarantee that any individual email inbox is active or monitored.
Can I use this for cold email outreach?+
Yes — these are publicly-listed business contacts, well-suited to B2B outreach. Under CASL (Canada), implied consent covers business emails that are conspicuously published without a no-contact notice, when your message relates to the recipient's role. CAN-SPAM (US) has no opt-in requirement for B2B. As the sender, you handle the standard requirements: identify yourself with accurate headers, use an honest subject line, include a valid physical mailing address and an easy unsubscribe, and honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
