Data is refreshed quarterly. Every list you buy gets free updates for life — and if your list is not right, we re-check it for free.
1. Free quarterly updates, for life
- ✓Every list somebody has bought is re-scraped from public Google Business Profiles once a quarter. The first re-scrape comes within three months of your order.
- ✓After each re-scrape we email you, and your download link gives you the updated file. Your download page shows how many businesses that refresh added and updated.
- ✓No subscription and nothing to renew: one payment, and the same download link keeps working.
- ✓Custom lists are included: each refresh adds a new version of your list, built the same way as the one you were quoted.
What an update does not do yet: a re-scrape adds new businesses and refreshes the details of the ones it finds again, but it does not remove businesses that have since closed. If you find one, ask for a re-check below.
2. Not happy? We re-check your list for free
How to ask
Reply to your delivery email, or write to support@publicleads.com, from the email address you ordered with. Tell us which businesses or fields look wrong — a few names or rows are enough. We check them and reply by email; what we correct in our data is in the file your download link gives you from then on.
What it covers
- ✓A business in your list that has closed or moved.
- ✓A wrong phone number, website or address.
- ✓A business that does not belong to the industry or area you bought.
- ✓The same business listed twice.
What it does not cover
- –Contact details a business has never published. We cannot add an email or a phone number that the business does not list publicly.
- –Businesses outside the industry and area of the list you bought, or changing the list to a different industry or area.
- –A refund. Refunds follow the refund policy.
