Refund Policy

PublicLeads is a programmatic data product, not a service. Each list is generated automatically from public sources, priced at cost-recovery, and delivered as a one-time CSV download.
All sales are final.
1. Why no refunds
We don't offer refunds because:
- The product is a digital file you can keep forever
- Lists are priced low ($29–$99) precisely because we don't manage a refund program
- Each page shows a sample preview, total record count, email coverage, and quality stats before purchase
2. Before you buy, please
- Review the sample preview (5 real records shown on every list page)
- Check stats: total records, corporate email %, avg Google rating
- Compare to alternatives (Apollo $99+/month, ZoomInfo, ContactOut)

3. Exceptions (rare)
We will refund only in these specific cases:
- Technical failure where you cannot download the CSV within 7 days of purchase
- Significant data discrepancy (page advertised 100 records, CSV contains fewer than 50)
For exceptions, email hello@publicleads.com with proof of issue (eg screenshots, validator reports).
4. Stripe chargebacks — please read
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from PublicLeads. We're a small operation — please email us first if anything's wrong.
